I require a 50% non-refundable retainer upon booking and the remaining balance due 14 days prior to the event date. Once you fill out the form below, please lookout for an email from me with a link to your Invoice and Contract. The 50% retainer must be paid on the Invoice within 48 hours of receipt. If you are booking within 14 days of event, payment is due in full.
Note - For all events booked within two weeks of event date, there is a rush fee of $50. For all events booked within one week of event date, the rush fee is $75. Orders of $200 or less must be paid in full at time of booking. No exceptions.
Once your slot is secured, you have 48 hours to make any changes (color scheme, additional decor, etc.). Annie & Yonnie Balloon and Design Co. must provide all balloons.
Please note that I do NOT do outdoor setups.
There is a delivery charge at $.58/mile.
I require 2-3 hours of setup time unless otherwise specified.
